Myocarditis' Ascription To Vaccine, Could It Be Cover For Directed Energy or Electronic Bio Weapon?

 What if myocarditis and ascription to vaccine injury is a cover for syndrome tied to Directed Energy or electronic bio weapon?

In his lecture regarding the documented history of brain control implants and other technology, Robert Naeslund discusses a book called the "The Data Bank Society" published in 1970 by two British Scientists, Professor Malcom Varner and Dr. Michael Stone. In the book, Professor Varner and Dr. Stone assert that the upper and middle classes of Vietnamese society were implanted with brain control and bio-medical telemetry devices to monitor their support for the Viet Cong. The authors allege that 33,000 Vietnamese were targeted for killings. They allege that the bio-telemetry technology that the Vietnamese were implanted with could create biological health affects in their body including as Robert Naeslund relays from the book the ability to create "heart attack, strokes, cancer whatever they like."

In recent years it has been widely accepted that U.S Intelligence and other Government personal were subject to some sort of high tech weapon that caused them brain damage and produced biological health effects in their body. This has been diagnosed as "Havana Syndrome" by doctors. My question is with the apparent existence of this type of electronic bioweapon going back to at least the time of the Vietnam War, is it not conceivable that what gets ascribed to vaccine injury is induced by a weapon of some kind? If a Directed Energy or electric bioweapon can cause Havana Syndrome by attacking the brain, can't the same technologies or similar technologies be used to attack other organs or create other biological effects in the bodies of other people?
