Push Button People, Manipulated Biosphere and Phenomena

 I think individuals can ad to this information and provide their human intellect and analysis or speculation. This has me think there is a programming of sorts to this narrative. But in any event the AI is pretty smart I'd say. 

Since the development of Steroids, Human Growth Hormone and Performance Enhancing Drugs, the sports world has gone to testing athletes to maintain an even playing field. These drug tests are addressing a technology of chemicals enhancing the body and influencing the way the body builds and recovers, but there's a lot more technology being unaddressed like DNA Resonant Frequency which has been discussed by former Security Industry Specialist, Justin Carter.   Additionally there is Information Control Technology or ICT discussed by the EU in a 30 page document titled "Ethical Aspects of ICT implants in the human body"  Further technology would be Brain Control Technolgy.  This other technology, besides chemical, can be used to both enhance and disrupt performance in athletes. 

 I'm currently reading Annie Jacobsen's book,  Area 51, and on page 76 she discusses how as early as the 1950s that the CIA had a policy to monitor individuals from UFO groups who had sent in letters to government officials about spotting or just sharing some sort of sentiment about UFOs. This is telling for me as someone who experiences what has been called "Active Surveillance" by police training documents. I haven't sent letters into the government about UFOs but I have sent letters about other topics that could garner some attention from the CIA. So, this would be evidently plausible that the CIA would monitor other people for activity outside of UFO letters. And if one agency does monitor for such activity there's probably other agencies monitoring people for activity that interests them. 

  I get chest pains regularly so im trying to excercise and lose weight . I bought an elliptical, but i got heart flutter and chest pain after finishing and well i don't know if it is like a havana syndrome bio electric weapon. I've previously been to ER & Dr and both said my heart checked out fine. So I don't really know what to do. A couple weeks ago I weighed in at 183. i'm thinking i want to be at 165 170 in case it is relative to gut impacting heart or something. The fact that i know i am having some technology used on me to read my mind and send voices into my head makes me think it is an external source. Maybe I ought to count the cups of coffee I drink too and keep a report for myself.

 That sound can, in fact, target one person at a time remotely has been demonstrated as technologically possible on many occasions, for instance by these  advertisements in New York City  discussed in the New York Times or by  Woody Norris on Ted Talks . Even more recently, was the advent of the  selling of Noveto's sound beaming tech  where a computer tracks you in your house and remotely beams sound into your ears. When I first experienced electronic voiced transmissions that only I heard I was confused to hear voices of friends and family or other protestors whom I recognized. I originally questioned whether or not they were in fact sending me personal messages. Well now the technology, which I would later understand was being used on me and others, has now been adopted by mobile phone companies.  The video below is that of an appearant cigar UFO flying out of a volcano in Mexico. I sometimes get tired of UFO discourse because often times we do this "over here over their dot in the sky" but as has been pointed out in different mediums, what we are seeing is often some multidimensional space craft leaving the atmosphere or submergible craft lending credence to hundreds of years of sightings describing craft dipping into ocean. This means there is a multidimensional spacefaring civilization on earth that has technology to upend combustion engine and petrodollar behemoth that controls our lower civilization and which is killing itself and earth.

Under the pronoia lens the universe and reality conspires to make my life better and people are interested in me because they love me and genuinely care about me and everyone I meet is interested in me. But simultaneously to this pronoia is a paranoia, where I have this belief in my mind where there's always the slightest possibility that everyone I meet or know secretly works for the government and wants to kill me. Though this is not likely, it is a real thought I have with nearly every person that I have to entertain this possibility with everyone wherever I go.  In this article here , Politico runs a story how the Department of Defense continues to test it's theory that weapons caused Havana Syndrome in intelligence personnel and other government officials. The article discusses that the DoD is animal testing on ferrets and this is causing push back from PETA. I think its funny that animals have an organization to fight for them and nongovernmental humans don't really, at least they aren't featured in magazines and media asking them questions. Targeted Justice is ignored completely by these outlets. That being said, I don't know that testing on animals is necessary and it is immoral. So PETA is just doing what TJ does for humans, the difference is one is exalted while the other is ignored.   Media presents events with unexamined certainties being concluded by the audience. Are these crisis actors stoking Arab Black Divide? They look very clean for being in the middle of a war zone. Picture appeared in NY Times during Egyptian Revolution while war broke out in Libya. So with unexamined certainty, we see this and are instructed to just accept what the newspapers are telling us, but then it comes out a decade later that the Pentagon acknowledges that countries stage incidents with actors and fake victims etc. So I look at this and say ok perhaps these are just pretty looking models who happen to be soldiers in a warzone I don't know.

Recently it was reported that Intelligence Agencies' review of Havana Syndrome concluded that it was not caused by a foreign adversary, nor a weapon and likely came from sources such as crickets, air conditioners, psychological issues or other environmental factors. The CIA doctor investigating Havana Syndrome came down with Havana Syndrome as he was investigating the phenomena. I’m not a mathematician but I’m sure there’s plenty in intelligence world. What’s the probability of this and it not being some applied technology.
