Robert Naselund Brain Project Transcript from Scribed.. Copy and pastable.

    In 2011 Robert Naeslund gave a lecture outlining the chronology of public acknowledgements in Newspapers and by scientists or politicians of what the New York Times at one point described as a future of “Push Button People.” The Lecture was titled “The Brain Project," which is what Naeslund referred to as the implanting of people to link their brains to a super computer. I leave here his transcription. As someone with strong interest in this topic,  I find this lecture to not be very prominent in disseminated information about Monarch Program.
